Get To Know Me…

Welcome! Now I know most of you know me as Mr. Northstar, But my real name is Tariq. You can call me Riq (reek) I am a 21 year old tattoo artist - born and raised here in Maryland.

I’ve been tattooing for 5 years. My preferred styles include (but aren’t limited to) Japanese, Neo traditional, and illustrative. I am self taught and always doing my best to sharpen my skills.

My tattooing journey started during my junior year of high school; however, my artistic journey began way back at the young age of 4. I’ve always been obsessed with drawing. Whether it be superheroes, animals, stick figures, It didn’t matter. I was, and very much still am, in love with the process of creation.
